MEET FIONA D. JAMES
About the Author: A hopeful romantic, author Fiona James, was surrounded by love her entire life. Inspired by the example of her parents, though withstanding adversity, she learned what “not giving up” on love looks like and Plan B, divorce, is never an option. Utilizing time-tested biblical tools and wise teachings took her on a journey of reflection of love. Keeping the main things - God first and your spouse second - the goal of “Marry the One Who...” is for all persons to embody love at its best with a “never-quit” mindset. “Marry the One Who...” book, journal and EP are her debut pieces of inspiration and personal growth for all. Isn’t love the goal?
About the Businesswoman: Fiona is the CEO/Founder of The ASK Group, Inc., which assists companies of all sizes with business start-up, marketing, advertising and branding, as well as strategic management, sales and other human resource efforts. Her expertise has been demonstrated among various brands within the restaurant industry such as Piccadilly Restaurants, Church’s Chicken, and Hardee’s as well as various non-profit and church organizations nationwide. She prides herself on her clients getting RESULTS.
As “The Branding Coach”, Fiona strategically consults business start-ups, entrepreneurs, executives, existing brands and many others on ways to maximize their businesses and branding goals through unique yet rooted marketing tactics. Aside from massive brand awareness, increased revenue is always the goal.
Growing up in a family where entrepreneurship was embedded by way of her parents' many business entities, shifting into a vehicle which promotes business and self-growth was inevitable. Believing the principles from Luke 11:9-10, “So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened,” she began her journey in pushing others to greatness based upon their visions and dreams.
About the Person: Being the daughter of a Pastor/Preacher and being a worship leader, God saw fit to call Fiona into ministry as a preacher in April 2013. Fiona believes her ultimate calling is to serve others and does so with an unapologetic heart. She serves as Young Adult Leader at Living Faith Christian Center (Bishop Raymond Johnson, Pastor) and one of the leaders of the Youth Department (Min. Wuan D. Miller, Youth Pastor). Though imperfect, she teaches others the perfect ways of Christ and helps navigate others through life’s journey by teaching the uncompromised Word of God.
In her spare time, Fiona enjoys spending time with her family, singing, attending church, being involved with community and youth activities, traveling, going to the movies and dining out.
Fiona James is a servant first, minister, author, speaker and entrepreneur who believes “Every encounter in life, great or otherwise, prepares us to prepare others for the Kingdom.”
